Terms and Conditions

Booking

• Booking must be done through our website www.ihoteluptownbgc.com.

• Corporate booking must be arranged through our Reservation Team via email at ihotel@deiproperties.com.ph.

• Rates published are in local currency (Philippine Peso).

 

Payment

• All bookings on our website require full payment before check-in to guarantee a booking through the following:

(a) via Cash or Credit Card

(b) via Online Payment Link to be emailed by the hotel

(c) via GCash QR sent by the hotel

• The Hotel has the right to cancel any booking if payment is not settled.

 

Check-in

• Government-issued ID with photo or passport and the emailed booking confirmation must be presented at Front Desk upon check-in.

• Standard check-in time is 3 PM; Check-out time is 12 NN. Early check-in and late check-out must be requested and subject to availability. Charges may also apply.

• Guest who does not arrive on the check-in date will be considered as NO SHOW and will be charged the total booking amount.

• Security Deposit: Cash Security Deposit of P1, 000.00 per room will be required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

 

Extension

• Booking extensions are subject to availability; booking must be placed through our website www.ihoteluptownbgc.com. Room rate will be based on current published rate.

 

Booking Modification

• Once checked-in any alterations to the booking are subject to approval and charges may apply. Reach out our Front Office staff with your concern.

 

Cancellation Policy

• All bookings made through our website are non-refundable.

 

Parking Policy

• Hotel has limited parking spaces on a first come first serve basis.

• Strictly for iHotel Uptown BGC guest only.

• Parking slots may not be reserved.

• No valet service is available.

• A contact number should be provided at the front desk so the Hotel can contact you in case the vehicle needs to be moved.

• Unauthorized parking is subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.

• Do not leave any valuables inside your vehicles.

• The Hotel will not be liable for any losses in case.

• The Hotel will not be liable for any loss or damage to the vehicles parked on the premises.

• Smoking inside the Hotel Premises

• Gambling and other illegal activities

• Pungent food and substances are prohibited inside the rooms

• Possession or use of any illegal drugs

 

The Hotel Keepers Act of the Philippines is applicable.
